

I highly suggest not picking this company if you want - more.Īs the employer, I apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding regarding pay increases and hours worked. production days? Actual days? No one knows. currently the water heater is broken to wash dishes, they will not fix it due to saying the company will move to the new factory in 10 days.which they have been saying for at least 3 months from speaking to previous employees, with no one knowing what 10 days means. If something breaks or isn't safe they pretty much slap a band-aid on it instead of using the money made to fix it, i.e. All of the employees seem to be great but upper management doesn't seem to care to give them the resources to be/do their best.

If you are looking for creative freedom you will not find it here. They realistically do not have time for anyone to be creative and are very disorganized. Employees are leaving left and right with no one to replace them all the while the production numbers are either the same as the previous week or even higher. If you have any experience in anything, as long as you are new to the company they disregard anything you have to say and will not listen to you. They don't follow the values listed on the wall in the building, and are filled with empty promises of moving to said new factory in an arbitrary number of days. No upper management will contact you if you email them for questions, and they don't care about the production teams safety at all.
